Hello, my name is Eilam Avni 😃 I offer my services as a private chef to create meals and hand-tailored culinary experiences at your home, B&B or outside, in the heart of the desert.
I make all kinds of food – from carnivores feasts to vegetarian and vegan. The dishes are original and made with lots of love, thought and deep connection to this beautiful and special area- Mitzpe Ramon, Ramon crater and the Negev High-lands.
Meals are served with top quality tableware and settings, along with ceramics I make myself on the potter's wheel. I have 10 years of experience working in many of Tel Aviv restaurants, in the kitchen and outside, from small cafes and bars to the city's best chef-restaurants.
The products I use are always fresh and of the highest quality, and local as possible. I nearly don't use any pre-made or processed products, all the food is made from scratch.
I would like to give you a taste of the desert, with some of its special colors and scents, combining local and special ingredients – some are home-grown and some from our best manufacturers in the Negev.
